Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Beevora. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional quality and craftsmanship in every product. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process.

3-Day Return Window

You may return items within 3 days of purchase. To qualify, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received them. Please include your order confirmation or packing slip when sending the item back.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at info@beevora.co.uk and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Your name
  • Your shipping address

Once your return request is approved, ship the product back along with a note including your order details (order number, name, and address) for faster processing.
Please note: If you return an item without tracked shipping and it is lost in transit, we cannot be held responsible, and a refund may not be issued. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Gift items

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us right away at info@beevora.co.uk with your order details and photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the best approach is to return your product first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you would like instead.

I want to cancel my order. Can I?

You can cancel an order if it has yet to be sent to our warehouse for picking and packing. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. If the item has left our warehouse, please wait for it to arrive before organizing a return. Please note that postage will not be covered once the order has left our warehouse. You'll have to pay return shipping and no restocking fee.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
